Fifteen women artists explore the body through painting, drawing, photography, video and installation, rejecting ideals of perfection. An exhibition for an adult audience interested in contemporary art.
Avec « Les Femmes et les Corps », la galerie Le Bonheur est dans l’Instant réunit 15 femmes artistes autour d’un même sujet : le corps, dans toute sa complexité.
Peinture, dessin, photographie, vidéo et installation proposent des regards très différents et interrogent les façons habituelles de représenter le corps aujourd’hui.
L’exposition refuse les définitions simplistes et les idéaux de perfection. Elle fait place à l’expérience vécue, à la transformation, à la vulnérabilité, à la résistance et à la vérité.
