Good to know : The Day of the Night is an annual national event devoted to the beauty of the night sky and the fight against light pollution, with many free events all over France.
As part of the Day of the Night, the French Astronomy Association invites you to observe the starry sky in Montsouris park, with the naked eye and with instruments, and to think about light pollution and its effects on biodiversity.
L'Association Française d'Astronomie est partenaire du Jour de la Nuit, évènement national organisé par Agir pour l'environnement.
Rendez-vous le samedi 10 octobre 2026 à partir de 20h30 au Parc Montsouris (14e) pour observer les merveilles du ciel étoilé à l’œil nu et
aux instruments, accompagnés par nos animateurs et animatrices.
Une occasion également pour réfléchir à la pollution lumineuse et ses conséquences sur la biodiversité et sur le ciel nocturne.
Un évènement gratuit, sans inscription. Entrée par le 26 boulevard Jourdan, non loin de la station Cité Universitaire.
