Circuit commenté avec accueil par l'association , des habitant.es, et les architectes Eva Samuel ( coordinatrice de la ZAC) et Olivier Misischi. Le parcours retrace la lutte pour sauvegarder les caractéristiques architecturales et patrimoniales voulues par Renée Gailhoustet, à l'occasion du projet de réhabilitation.
