Good to know : "Short supply chain" means a sale with very few intermediaries between the producer and the consumer: here, the honeys are harvested and jarred by the cooperative, then sold directly by the store. "Fair trade" guarantees better conditions and a fair price for producers.
Come and talk with Jean-Noël, a beekeeper from Compagnons du miel, in your Auchan store: on the agenda, discussions about the trade, fair trade and a tasting of honeys sold through a short supply chain.
