Good to know : An open mic is an open stage where anyone can perform freely in front of the audience. A battle is an artistic duel in which two rappers face off by improvising or performing their lyrics.
The Kickages Sessions, organised by Call Me Femcee, are open mics and battles open to a mixed audience, where young artists from the Paris region rap over assigned beats (trap, drill or boombap).
