Good to know : "Fair trade" guarantees fair pay for producers and responsible production conditions; in France, there is an official certification for products of French origin. "Short supply chain" means there are few or no intermediaries between the producer and the consumer.
Meet Luc and Olivier, beekeepers from Compagnons du miel, in your Auchan Taverny store: talk about the trade, fair trade and a tasting of French honeys from short supply chains.
